I have the 110BT Navigation... Larger screen.... My steering wheel controls still work... There is an adapter you use. The camera option is also an adapter wiring kit.. What year model is your truck?

I have an 08 lariat, I was looking at the z130bt but I kinda liked the volume **** on the 930. I have stock nav currently and I've always wanted to add an 09 sync radio especially since I saw it done with a 350 but I've finally just given up, I've put off on aftermarket for so long because I really love the look stock and kinda hate/think it's ugly with aftermarket

No sorry I don't have sync, had one of the last 08's before sync came out in the 09's I want it real bad and found someone who put an 09 sync nav in a non sync 08 F-350 but it would cost a few pennies plus some options may not work

Yeah it's cheaper to just go with what you are deciding on... I would think all of Ford radio's would be interchangeable plug and play type...
