Default OEM sub woofer & overhead rail dvd system
In cruising through ebay I came across a sub woofer and a overhead dvd rail system I have a 07 F150 w/ just a reg single cd am/fm radio would these two things be compatible with this radio or would I have to have the better entertainment system both of these products are OEM products

you would have to run the wire for the subwoofer, and i dont think that deck has the aux input needed for the overhead dvd
