Default New sound system, but......

I just put (2) 10" clarion shallow subs with a 1000w amp in my truck! Sounds very good, but I think it could sound better. So I wanna swap my front door speakers and the speakers in the back. I saw some Sony 6 1/2 2way speakers at walmart for $37 for the pair, but my question is what size are my door speakers and the ones in the back??? I'm gonna run another amp for my mids and highs and get a crossover so I can control where all the power goes. It's gonna sound great when it's done!!! Thanks in advance for the help!!!!!!

thanx for the heads up about the sony speakers, but what about the size? Are the door spekers 6 1/2 and the speakers in the back 6x9 or what? Are they all universal for all f-150's?

nope, your truck is 5x7/6x8 all around, if you have any extra plastic/mdf/plywood or anything its very easy to make your own bracket to house the 6.5's, it allows you to be able to set up staging much better and put the sound where you need it
