Default Need installation tips

Im installing 2 6.5" components in my 2010 f150
This weekend. Does
Anyone know the mounting depth available for the door speakers. The ones I bought are "3.0".

Also is there any videos around that show the best and easiest way to
Route the speaker wires?

3" you should be fine with mounting depth.

If its the same as the 2013 it says 3" but it depends on the magnet size, my Type R's have a HUGE magnet that was hitting the window regulator and i had to space them towards the cab to clear it, but that was super easy so you should be ok?

Also I retained the factory wiring because of the plug for the door wiring, and ran new wires to the tweeters from my crossovers.
Do you have a 4 channel amp? If not its super easy, and the wire size will be fine, I have a 4 channel and it was a bit more of a PITA but still used the factory wiring into the door after my crossover.
