Am I missing something, or can you not just go through the rubber hose between the truck and the door? I'm not at home and I haven't had a chance to install my stuff yet, but in the past, I've always just run the wire through the rubber hose in your first pic along with the factory wires.

Once u get through the plastic piece I cut slit in rubber and ran it through. The problem is that plastic piece is all ur electrical connections for the door. There aren't wires running though, it's a male and female connection. It took me forever to figure out how to run the wire. Once I got the male end out, I drilled a little hole then ran it into rubber and into door. When u get a chance look at ur door and u will see what I'm talking about.
