need help with my pioneer double din
hey guys, i got a pioneer avh-p3200 dvd/cd player for christmas and i got everything hooked in and mounted and i called a local very reputable audio shop and talked to my friend about bypassing the dvd parking brake restrictor so i my ole lady can watch her movies when we go on trips and he told me to just ground the parking brake wire coming off the cd player and it will bypass it. so i did and now the video will show but it has no sound. but the cd player and radio still have audio coming through the speakers just no audio when playing a dvd. any suggestions on what could be causing this? when i didnt have the PB wire grounded it wouldnt show the video but would play the audio, now its the complete opposite. any help/tips/advice is greatly appreciated. thanks
