My Box is Finished

Your math is way off... that is less than 1.3 ft of interior space *total* (don't forget to subtract the thickness of the wood)..
while the box sure looks nice and will look great installed, you are seriously going to choke the hell out of those woofers, they'll sound terrible below 50-60 hz because they simply won't be able to move

If the volume checks out, you can always seal off two of the holes and only run a pair of subs. Porting won't help you out. As mentioned, the port volume is not counted as box volume. It's considered solid for air space computations. Also, ported boxes are generally larger than the equivalent sealed box, not counting port displacement. Your options are basically, reduce the number of subs, use subs that require less air or build a new box.

If you need help with that, post up what amplifier you are going to run

internal bracing? Hard to see from the picture

I had originally planned to go with a couple of JL 12w6's but JL basically told me the available space wouldn't work out. Instead they designed an enclosure for two down-firing 12tw3's.

Not sure how much more or less you have planned your system out, but keep in mind that by changing the number of woofers you are going to have a different final overall impedance presented to whatever amplifier you have.
