Default My 2018 XL Screw 6 speaker basic system upgrade

Just wanted to share my build with everyone since some of you helped me out a lot with it. This took a lot of prep, research, time, patience and headaches but in the end worth it. I don’t regret anything I did as it came out awesome. The sound is amazing and with the JL Fix86 I have a lot of tuning I can do. I went a little over the top with the tech flex wire covering but it looks cool. I made the sub box myself and carpeted it for the first time. I don’t think it came out bad. I made sire the interior volume was correct by going to JL’s website.

So here it is.

Parrot Harness For11ck which other than the wires labeled wrong it worked great.
JL Fix86 DSP getting power form the 12v wire in the harness with a fuse linked into it
Used #23 on the passenger side foot panel for the remote turn on.
Power wire ran through passenger side grommet firewall. This was the hardest part of the build. Pain in the butt!
2 runs of 8 wire speedwire down the drivers side channelOne set going to DSP the other from harness to 4 channel amp.
Alpine 4 Channel Amp MRV-F300
Alpine Mono Amp Mrp-M500
Focal Iss690 component door speakers
Focal Rcx 165 coaxials for rear doors.
JL Audio 101v2-4 Subwoofer
Custom box made myself.

Special thanks to: Hushcaraudio, Gintyfab, Ajb1205 and Microbe0511. And many more that gave me ideas. Thanks again.
Art.

that's super clean looking. I dont have the patience to run wire and shrink wrap like that.

How do you like this setup? Specifically the Focals. I'm looking at getting the ISS 690s and ISC 165s, powered by a Kicker Key 180.4

Love them, they sound awesome. The tweeters give off the perfect amount of highs. Great mid bass too for the 6X9’s.
