Music for Testing a Sound System.

I like listening to Styx or Earth/Wind/Fire
Mr Roboto I think is a great track. It tests a bit of everything.

If all else fails it is a Beach Boys tune and that is good for a warm March day.

what format are you using to listen?
sat. radio?
CD?
jump drive?
I had a friend in the car, who's into higher end audio, and we listed to a ZAC brown CD, and he felt the stereo in the truck was pretty decent.
next time we listened to sat. and mp3 and he was less then impressed w/ the sound.
so the compressed music really takes away from the system, where a full version (CD) made it sound good.

Most of my music is mp3 at 192 but lately I have been using wma lossless and the Microsoft system in the truck responds well to that format. I use ipods, iphones, and recently started using a flash drive, for testing I use the flash drive. I like having options and the F150 has many so I try to use them all.

This goes in the "should just look it up in the manual" category: Does anyone know if the 2015's support flac format?
Edit: It looks like it doesn't. That sucks, given its 2016.
On to the next question: What is the largest SD card size supported? What is the max # songs/directories. Off to the manual to answer those..
Edit: Answer: The system is capable of indexing up to 15,000 songs. It looks like the drive must be formatted as FAT or FAT32.
