Major advice
Alright, I'm new to the forum, a young kid, and have no idea what I'm doing with car stereo. I have 2 10" planet audio big bang subs and a planet audio 1500w amp with a pioneer DEH-1700 head unit. I need new door speakers. One rattles all the time so I'm just gonna replace all four. I found some Polk Audio 5x7s on craigslist for $30 each. Don't know if they're any good? And I'm interested in speaker kick panels. I don't know which way to go. Got about $120 to spend. Don't have tweeters either.

Usually a separate amp is needed because subs and mids use different frequencies. Your amplifier should have a some sort of selector for the frequencies you can output. There are amplifiers that output multiple frequencies but the are usually used for a component system( separate tweeters and mid range speakers).

Skip the kicks, from personal experience. Although they offer far better path lengths, they can draw down the sound stage, especially if you're not going super high end.
Just put some components on the front doors with a cheap two channel to start with.
