Default Maintain Sony sub box...
I've searched but can't really find any info. The Sony sub is a nice little setup, just sucks for the most part. I have considered running an amp to a new 8" Pioneer shallow mount sub and just keeping the factory box. 2012 SCREW by the way.

Anyone tried this? If so what were the results?

There a lot of threads that talk about adding fill to the Sony sub and how people are replacing theirs with a different one.
