I have a 2017 XL with the 8” Sync 3 (non Sony). Will the LC7i still allow the HU to control the balance, fade and treble/mid/bass sound settings?

I would like to know this as well. Also, is this the reccomended unit for 4 door speakers two amps and a sub ? or, in other words is the lc7i needed for the lows over the lc6i for the non sony system ?

I would go with JL audio Fix86. I know some people have mentioned getting added noise with using LCi. The Fix will allow head unit to control the bal. fade etc. as for the trebel and bass, I would recommend keeping them flat and adjusting those with the Fix(or LCi)
