Kicker Sub dead after amp install

OK, I got it dialed in. Got the correct "Kicker 7 Speaker with External Sub" setting in Forscan and ran both A and B channels of the amp through the High Pass Filter above 80db. Sounds really good but it is a little bright so I have the treble turned down a bit. It's louder than I can stand at 23 and doesn't distort one bit until about that same level. The Bass is pretty damn good for an 8". I'm very happy and it sounds so much better than stock that it's like a new truck. The pop at turn on is still there but I have a fuse tap for #23 and just need some time to put it in. Thanks for all of the help everyone!!

I tapped fuse 23 but I'm still getting a pop sometimes when I open the door. I've checked all the grounds and they seem good. Any ideas? Here's the thing...it only seems to happen when I use the keyless entry to unlock the door by grabbing the door handle. If I use the fob to unlock the door it doesn't happen. Wtf??? Driving me insane.

I always suggest using a relay if using multiple devices that require a remote turn on. They are super cheap and overall better for any install. Just an idea. Here's a link for you:
