Yeah I now realize that. I have download the extended license twice with A Bluetooth enabled windows laptop and it still says I have the standard version and need the extended license. I don't know what the hell is giving me such a hard time.

The extended license is not a download. It is an activation of your existing download. RNLCOMP has posted the procedure at least twice in the Forscan thread.

where is the wiring for the sub? Drivers side? i am getting mine activated today.

Yes drivers side rear at the bottom of the pillar underneath it.

My truck was the first one they have done and it took them maybe 5 min. I stood right beside him and watched. He plugged laptop into truck and went into sound settings. He looked around for just a minute and i saw the setting for 7 speaker with kicker sub. I told him turn that one on. He did, radio reset,laptop said turn ignition off and then back on. No charge. Will be installing in a few days.
