Default Kicker sub activation?

is there any way around turning on the sub feature to make the kicker powerstage work without having to go to the dealership? Ridiculous.

You need a 80.00 bluetooth dongle, a laptop or pc, and Forscan software.

I used a USB adapter and it was only $16 shipped.

Yes, I ordered the $16 adapter. It's USB as my laptop doesn't have BT (and I didn't want to use my tablet)

Download the FORScan software and extended license. (link provided in the FS thread)
Download the USB adapter driver (link provided in the FS thread)
plug USB into OBDII port, connect to vehicle, start saving AS-built data.

once that's done. You can start writing in your changes.

I did global windows and door ajar chime. Haven't been able to test the sub yet as it's not installed. But it has been done with good results.

I ordered the obd2 reader. Any good links on how to do all of this? I've seen the forscan threads a few times. It's pretty easy?

From what Ive read it seems to be! I had mine done at the dealer, in about 5 mins.

My suggestion, is ask for specific detail, in the Forscan Thread. Livinitup, or others will Help, Im sure!

I have the MX Bluetooth adapter coming, and installed Forscan on my p.c., but foundout my new gaming p.c. I built doesnt have Bluetooth. So Ill have to get a usb bluetooth dongle. Lol
