just picked this head unit up. got everything wired color to color and im getting no sound coming from the speakers. i checked the connections and there all good any thoughts?

Well duhh lol i did that and when i play music i get no sound.

I looked at the instructions and the mute button is the same as the power button so you should check that. You could also reset the unit with the front reset button. Lastly return the unit to where you bought it. If you want the same unit I would keep the wire harness connected and give them the new one in the box so you don't have to redo your wiring. Another thing to check is if you have the brown phone mute wire connected wrong.
