I just received a call from my installer that this would be an issue. Maybe I don't fully understand SYNC either.

Well got in truck this morning and everything working fine. Guess it had to reset or something. Go figure.

Very strange indeed. My installer told me that he called PAC morning and they said it wouldn't retain SYNC because I have a late build '11 with a '12 stereo. I was like, "Huh?"
Maybe I need to dig a little deeper and find out why PAC would tell him that. I'm happy you got yours going...gives me hope at least. |
I installed the PAC unit and have no issues at all. No issues with Sync.

well, minus all the SYNC issues, how does she sound with the new door speakers? Looking to upgrade mine at some point cause I have the cheap stock system with no sub.

sounds awsome, way better than the stock speakers. but i am also powering them with an amp not the stock headunit.as soon as fox sends me my box i will be putting 2 10's under the seat in a ported box.
