How much are you willing to spend? lol
I bought a Kenwood DNX694S because I wanted GPS and 5V preouts.
I understand that least year's Excelon, non GPS can be had for under $500 and should serve you well.

I picked up the Pioneer 4200 NEX used had all of the features I wanted. Android auto and Carplay, 2 usb port, an HDMI port, connection for SAT radio if I want to add an adapter in the future. Also has the connection for front and rear facing cameras. This was high on my list as I will add a front camera in the near future. The 4200 does not have GPS as I was planning on using AA and Carplay which for me works perfect. Overall it works fine and would recommend Pioneer. but keep in mind I have nothing else to compare it to except the original sync 4.2 screen.
