Default Help with Install

Hey guys. Need a bit of help

I installed my system which has the following

Alpine PDR-F50 4 channel amp
LC6i Line Out Converter
10" Sub
Front Components

Truck is with the Sony system and Nav

Here is the issue.
I get no or very, very, very little base from my sub when the alpine amp is switched to channel 3/4 but is good when switched to 1/2.

This is how I have it hooked up

I have the correct wires coming from the Sony DSP into the LC6i (fronts to main input speaker level) the tweeters to channel 2 and all four of the sub wires going to channel 3.

I have summed channels 1 and 2 on the LC6i and run RCA cables to the channel 1/2 to the Alpine amp. I have kept channel 3 (with the sub wires) left as separate on the LC6i and ran the RCA cable to channel 3/4 on the alpine amp. The amp is bridged for the sub. This is the set up based on this image of the manual

I have tried new RCA's from the LC6i to the amp on channel 3 as well

I can turn the gains up all the way with no real difference in volume on both the Amp and LC6i

Yes, I have fool around with those with no change in sound or volume

I am wondering if Channel 3 on my LC6i is screwed up or the amp channels 3/4

swap the rca cables going into the amp, with the power off. that will tell you if the cables are sending signals to the amp.

I have tried new RCA's on channel 3 of the LC6i going to channel 3/4 of the amp with no change. Is that what you mean?

no. take the rca that you have going to channels 1 and 2 into the amp and move them to 3 and 4. see if you get a signal out from the amp.
