Default Head unit with GPS

Looking for a head unit with GPS that will retain all my factory sync xm steering wheel controls and backup camera. Can I use a factory unit or do I need to buy aftermarket. If aftermarket what all will I need?

A Maestro compatible Aftermarket HU with gps, will retain oem features. Like Sync, Steering wheel controlls, and mic.

I had a Kenwood 892 HU with garmin Nav, and dvd, in my 12 xlt and loved it. The 892 also had HD Radio, plus 2 extra usb inputs 1 for Apple products, and another for mass usb devices.

Refer to Crutchfield.com, for options you like and what fits your truck!

Ill post some pics of what I had in my 12 xlt.

Pics... If you truck already has Sirius Radio, you can use the oem antenna. But, you need to buy a new XM/Sirius Tuner, theyre like 29.99.

I got all my stuff from crutchfield, which took the guess work out and added all the wiring harnesses, needed to make the HU work how I wanted with Sync and SW Controlls.

I had the Scosche Bezel for the Hu, as it looks the cleanest, vs the Metra bezal.

I went to Crutchfield and configured everything I needed based on their recommendations. I was almost going to buy from them and then priced everything through Amazon and saved $200 by buying the same exact items Crutchfield was going to sell me for $200 more.

That is correct. Happens a lot. People use Crutchfield for the info and buy elsewhere

So Toddman34 you say I need tuner and they have them for like 20 bucks at crutchfield? Are you talking about the antenna adapter that will let me use my factory xm antenna? But I will still need the xm tuner also correct?

All you need is a xm tuner, if you already have Sirius, the oem antenna connects to the new tuner.

I bought a refurbed Kenwood 892 for 749.99, new was 1099.99.

Also a sirius/xm 300 tuner, 69.99 with a 70.00 visa gift card, from sirius/xm. Made the tuner free.

Maestro Rr module, and F01 wiring harness, was either 79.99, or 99.99. Cant remember.

Included a Metra radio bezel, I bought a Scosche Bezel on Amazon. As it has a Cleaner, smootger look.

I also bought and installed a oem ford logo backup cam for 149.99, from TheCameraSource.com. Since my xlt, didnt come with a bu cam.
