Did you adjust all your gains properly? Bad gain setting can cause this. Also it might be your head unit ground causing this. What i would do is do a make shift ground for all your units to one spot. If that doenst work, gound them all up to the battery. you dont have to be clean here, run the wires outside of the truck...just for test purposes...if this aliviates your noise, you can take each ground one by one, regrounding to their original spot and listening to the stereo each time you move a ground, then you will find the problem piece in your chain

Oh, and your make shift ground doenst need to be super thick since you arent blasting the stereo...your jsut trying to isolate the engine /alt whine

I haven't had the tine to pull the rear seat off again, but I found something really strange with the rca's. If I leave either set unplugged from the h/u the noise disappears. So right now I have the back unplugged with no noise from the front. The sub amp rca's haven't been messed with.

I noticed in one of your pics that you ran the remote wire along with the RCA's this may be the cause ....Disconnect it at both ends the rig up another temp wire away from them

what i did in my truck to aviod the feed back was to run the power wire on the driversr side and the rca's on the passenger side. its the same feed back you get with your car radio when you drive under power lines or anything of that nature. its just the natural harmonic.

I'll give that a shot. Instead of running two remote wires I only ran one. Is that fine? Good news today is that I finally got my bluetooth module functioning fully.

I highly doubt its the remote wire. the remote wire carries such a small amperage that it wont effect any signal running through your RCA's You have more amperage running through your entire chasis of the truck...it's something else. Id still say try regounding the headunit? it sounds like its headunit related, since you said you took one RCA out of the head unit, and the fronts sounded perfect....that tells me its not the amp otherwise the noise still would have been in the front b/c you dindt make a change to the amps wiring

Google Pico fuse....this might be causing it too...have you pulled the RCA's off while the radio was still either on or playing? Pioneers suck for this!

If you think it is head unit related unplug the rcas at the head unit if the noise is still there it is something else. Unplug the rcas at the amp if it is still there it is ground related at the amp.... Ground the exterior of the chassis of the amp I saw you mounted it on wood....
