FORSCAN Stereo Mod on 2018

Cioffdaddy would have to elaborate on any recent changes to his setup. Last check we weren't sure which settings produced the correct output (he replaced his ACM with one that had stock unmodded settings) and there were other problems like with the chimes, etc. That was a couple months ago though.
The Nav-TV Zen a2b is the only device I know that works with B&O equipped systems and doesn't rely on dealing with the speaker outputs, EQ, etc. I have one and it does a great job. Gives me full flat signals with all the EQ and timing stuff the B&O amp adds removed (it bypasses that completely, actually) and routes chimes correctly. It taps in to the vehicle CAN bus for chime events and interfaces directly with the digital input from the HU - also offers digital and analog output. It's expensive but worth it for what it does, and for the great support Nav-TV provides.
They are doing a plug and play harness for it now too. This will make it even easier to install (though it was fairly simple to begin with) and also very easy to back out and go back to stock if, for example, you sell the truck later and want to keep your gear. And you don't have to mess with Forscan.

Thanks for the reply, I was fearing we were still waiting for more Forscan details.
I think I've discovered that it will be impossible to use my MS-8 even with the Zen and keep proper factory door chimes and alerts. The 2012 I was going to use it for originally wouldn't have been impacted as badly, but given that my new 2018 routes alerts to different speakers it will never behave like it's supposed to.
