Factory Radio Switch

I have a 2007 Ford f150 and installed an aftermarket radio. I also have a 99 f250 super duty. I was curious if the 6 cd radio from the 2007 will work in the 99 f250?

Maybe somehow but good luck figuring it out you will need to find the wiring diagram for the cd player and figure out how to get the signal to the 99s head unit
