Factory radio noy working

Factory radio not working
I got a Pioneer AVH3100, went to install it but after hooking it up I couldn't get it to work. I figured I must have gotten a bad unit from Amazon. In the meantime until the new unit gets here I decided to put the stock radio back in. Well it isn't working either. If I press the eject button, the unit will flash no disk and the button lights work, but the unit itself will not turn on and play music or anything. I checked the #7 and #31 fuses and both were good I also used my multimeter and I am getting power to the unit from the constant on wire. Any suggestions on where else to look? This on on a 06 Screw. XLT with the CD/cass/AM/FM radio.
