factory radio display now says DVD

Default factory radio display now says DVD
I installed an Alpine Deck into my 2010 STX which just had AM/FM CD only. I used an XSVI-5520-NAV harness. Everything works fine other than the factory radio display now shows DVD. Any ideas as to why this is?

Thanks, sorry if there's already been a thread about it... I couldn't find anything on it.

This is quite common. Seems like it happens about 50% of the time.
