I hope my electrical can keep up! I'll have roughly 1000 amp hours with my bank and alt, so a few hundred short of the 1200 required by that 14K, until I can find a bracket for a second alt. One Alt is being built, and I just ordered 300 ft of Execution Audio 0 gauge CCA. Looking like I'll be able to fit 9 batteries in my bank. As far as wire, what are your thoughts on this.

4 power (+) from alt to bank
4 power (+) from front batt to bank
2 ground (-) from front batt to bank
6 ground (-) from bank to frame

I'll be doing 5 runs from the bank to amp, both power and ground.

I would add 2 more 2- runs to the back, I like having an even amount of + and - runs. When I do my rebuild next year I cant decide between running 200' of sky high ofc 2/0 or 800' of execution cca 1/0 for the same price. I have some of the shca ofc 2/0 in my truck right now and it is ridiculous but it gets expensive at $215 for a 50' roll. I could do like 60 runs of the cca 1/0 for the same price as 12 runs of the ofc 2/0 lol. I might end up doing 3 runs of ofc 2/0 from the alt to the rear bank and like 10-15 + runs from the front batt to the rear bank and the same for the -.

Ok, I think I'm going to get the toolmaker top post mounts then, with (4) 0 gauge outs on them. One for - and one for +. Then another 4 from the bank to the frame..? I think (hope) that should be enough :|

I've heard that sky high 2/0 is pretty insane. But ya, price is definitely up there. I can't imagine doing 60 friggin runs to the back though!!!! What a nightmare that would be Hell, even 10-15 sounds like an insane amount. lol.

I wouldnt do that many lol, its just 60+ runs of cca would cost the same as 12 runs of shca 2/0. 4 runs should be fine but I would use a quality ofc for the runs from the alt to the back bank. Right now I have the d6500 under the hood, 2 xp3000's behind the front seats and the 7 deka's in the tool box. My wiring is 3+ and 3- runs of knu kca from the d6500 to the xp3ks, 2+ and 2- runs of shok cca from the deka's to the xp3k's, big 3 in knu ofc, 1 run of shca ofc 2/0 from the alt to the xp3k's and 1+ and 1- of knu ofc and 1+ and 1- of shca ofc 2/0 between the xp2k's and my jumpers between the deka's are stinger hpm 1/0. If you want I post up a pic comparing the shca 2/0 to some quality 1/0 o show the difference in size.

Ok, well for now I'll be sticking with the CCA off the alt. Maybe a down the road a bit I'll upgrade to some OFC. Big 3 will definitely be OFC though. But ya, post up a pic. I'd like to see the difference.

Easter bunny doors ftw, I recorded a new vid but idk If Im going to upload it on youtube yet lol, no b.s., the end of the vid is messed up cause I had to close my eyes while recording lol. It was moving so much air it felt exactly like hurricane ike a few years ago

btw
I just bought a couple sets of audiotechnix 4ga reducers and a couple pairs of stinger 4000 series single ended rca's to strap the amps at .5, keep an eye out in the next few days for new numbers
