Dual 12" kicker comp
I need some help. About a year ago I bought 2 12" kicker comps in just a standard universal box and now I have my truck that I want but don't know how hard of a crossover it'll be to switch to a new box and installation. What kind of box should I build? And if you know measurements that'll help too. I just totally lost when it comes to the subs. And also if anyone had experience with these exact subs and how they should that'd help too, thanks!

Hmmm, there are lots of variables. First you need to make sure the subs will even fit under the back seat. Depending on what type of truck you have, you may be able to put them behind the back seat. If they dont fit, either a back seat lift is in order, or you may have to go with shallow 12's or drop down to 10's. Im telling you, two 10's with decent wattage has alot of punch and deep bass. I can only imagine 12's.

Is your truck a supercab or crewcab? That will make a difference. I had a supercab and a 10" fit perfect. A 12" would have required a wider box that would have stuck out from under the front of my rear seat. I also know that 1 - 10" with the sub amp gain turned all the way down was more than enough bass for me.
