You can use a simple Toggle switch. Hook the wire that goes from the parking brake to one side of the toggle switch, the other side goes to a ground. Step on the brake while holding brake use this sequence.... switch the toggle ON, OFF, ON, then release off brake. That should work for you.

alpine dealer dosnt mean ****, i know lots of dealers that are stupid...ive been to the alpine customer appreciation day for 4 years running and have even talked to 4 different managers saying that it will cause harm to the system and its not good for it, the right way is just a simple module

The emergency brake is a switch that is a ground, so a toggle switch with a ground is the same thing. there is no difference. But if you say so, dont call me a stupid dealer, because you have no idea what kind of work I do.
