Well I just went through my harness. They are pinned and labelled correct but the colors for the right front are not correct. The left front is correct colors. If you were only going by colors you may have some wires crossed.
edit: my right front used grey which might be correct. I think I have an old diagram.

As you can see in the pic, I labeled the wire pairs in accordance to the info provided by a diagram supplied by this or another site. Unfortunately, we can not see what's on most of the tape from this pic. As I said, I was unaware of the discrepancy in the wrong labeling of the wire from the manufacturer. So, in that vein, it's quite possible my labeling was wrong on a wire pairing. Probably the RF set. I'll be digging into this a little later but, in the meantime, does anybody know what coded wires are correct for the RF on the 11CK?

Go based on pin out of the ACM, not on the for-11ck harness.
Look at what pin should be what speaker, see what color wire is coming out of that pin on the harness, and label it appropriately.
Like in my picture below, Pin 10 and 22 are for the left front speaker
I would look for pin 10 (lf -) and 22 (lf +) and see on the harness what color those wires were. It ultimately doesn't matter color as long as those wires coming out are labeled for those speakers and connected to your DSP that way.

I meant the pic in my previous post. Sorry for the confusion there.

Just got finished checking my wiring at the HU and found a problem. First off, I want to say the the wire configuration from the 11CK to the HU is correct. Each wire at the HU is in the correct position. I was able to find the diagram for the 11CK for comparison on this site. That includes checking pin locations. What I found was that the green wire from the 11CK and the White/green wire from the head unit have no continuity. These two wires are the positive connection to the LR speaker so, they are connected (crossed) elsewhere. It appears to be between the LR and RR speakers. The problem is in the rear at the amp location. It's crossed either at the RCA adapters or the bare wire connections on the amp. The other thing at the back of my head are the RCA extensions I used. It's possible one is wired wrong from the factory all though that's a long shot. I've again run out of time to go further with this but, will get back on it tomorrow and hopefully resolve this issue.

A couple of hour ago, I finished up my repair of my system. The issue was with wires being crossed. I have no explanation as to why they should have been this way as I used a diagram that supposedly was correct. I looked up the diagram to find out what the deal was and I believe I ran across the same one. I had green wires soldered to gray wires for the most part and I'm sure I used the diagram I again found which has the wires in the correct order:
RF + gray / - gray/black
LF + white / - white/black
RR + purple / - purple/black
LR + green / - green black
I used 'speed wire' with the FOR-11CK and it should have been a not brainer to match the wiring between the two as they match straight up with each other and yet, I still crossed wires. Not in one place but, at every soldered joint from dash to rear panel, including the bare wire connection at the amp. I have no idea what I was thinking or seeing while I initially set the wiring up. However, I'm happy to say that the issue with the 'crosstalk distortion' has been resolved with much thanks, again, from you folks.
I feel like I'm hearing my system for the first time now that it's so very clear and responsive. I can now move on to trying my hand at tuning once more. Thanks to everyone in this thread.

Doing this sort of work while drinking beer is never a good idea but it happens lol.
