Here you go

This is on a 17, front door (drivers side), reverse the location for passenger side.

Yes, I checked and double checked the location, the door panels fit fine, there is quite a bit of space just below the door handle area.

As far as the foam, I got it on ebay.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/FAST-Rings-6.../182646809431?

You will also need to get some adapters to fit the speakers as well as wiring pig tails unless you buy the speakers from crutchfield in which case you get that stuff included.

Front door: Metra 82-5607 6-1/2" Front Door Speaker Adapter for 15-up Ford F-150 (pair) 6.5"

Rear door: NEW METRA 82-5605 6.5" SPEAKER PLATES FORD F-150 2015-UP (if doing 6.5 JL in the rear, you will need to trim the inside of the adapters bit, they are already scored for that)

wiring pigtails:METRA 72-6502 4-WAY SPEAKER HARNESS CONNECTOR FOR SELECT VEHICLES (need to order 2 if doing 4 speakers)

No cutting of the wires is required if you use the wiring pigtails.
