I pulled the panels. There are 4 screws and it comes right off. The stock speakers are 6x8. I installed 6.5 round in front and made an adapter to convert. I drilled holes and screwed the x-over to the door. If you want the simplest install go with coax. They are a straight swap. No adapter needed.
Do the Polks come with any mounting hardware? If not how did you mount the crossovers (self tapping screws, zip tie, etc)?
