Here's a way to do it for much cheaper. If you have any friends in the construction trade, see if they can cut you a 6ft. piece of this, make sure it's the same kind. That will do both front doors.

I am powering the door speakers off the factory HU and it has plenty of power for my needs. I am using the PAC for input to my sub amp (powered sub now but moving to RF and Kicker). You need the PAC or something similar to power any amp when keeping the factory HU.

Cruisin in my 5.0
I screwed up. I ment what powered sub you have. Im thinking of getting the Infinity Basslink. Good revews on Amazon and good price. I planned on Infinity kappas all around, but you have me thinking components up front.

If you want ease of install go coax all around. If you want better sounding music and a little more involved install go components in the front. If I were to do over again I would go component/coax from the start. I am running a Boss Bass 1200 powered sub at the moment. It works pretty good but it just does not seem to be that clear. Tried to tune according to what I could find. I am thinking of going to a separate amp and sub. All coax is better than stock but component/coax is better than all coax IMHO.

No pics sorry. I mounted the x-overs between the outer panel and the door. Just looked for an area where it looked like there was room for it and not interfere with the panel going on.

So you removed the entire door panel? I've pulled my grilles just to poke around and was hoping for an easy mounting solution Do the Polks come with any mounting hardware? If not how did you mount the crossovers (self tapping screws, zip tie, etc)?
