Default Best/Easiest In-Dash Nav for '10 Lariat non-nav/sony?
What's the best and/or easiest Navigation/Screen option for a 2010 that doesn't have stock nav or sony? Looking for as plug n play as possible so I can do it myself if possible (limited tools, live in apartment etc).

Is there a consensus or too many options to chose from?

Many options. Stick with a brand name like Kenwood or Pioneer. All you need is a new face plate and a wiring harness.
