Default Best amp?

I am looking for the best amp that would make my 2008 supercrew sound best. I just want something that will allow me to play as loud as I need to without the fear of blowing my speakers...any suggestions?

You looking to amp door speakers or a sub? I'd definitely suggest replacing the boomy stock door speakers.

Stock speakers actually took about 250 RMS before smoking when I strapped them up. I wouldn't recommend it for daily use though.

yeah i got 75w rms to my front stock speakers for the last month or so, haha but only cause i dont have aftermarket speakers yet and couldnt wait to install my amp. but dont get me wrong, i definitely wouldnt recommend it. its only temporary. cheaper speakers are usually like 30-60 bucks a pair. and it go up from there, in price and quality.

If I added this to my regular car stereo would it sound good without buying an amp?

If you have the budget for those then why not do an entire build .. I am in the process of doing mine check my link out ...

You find the consensus on here is that the most basic way to upgrade sound of the stock system is replacing the stock speakers . Then it goes from there . I choose to stay with the OEM head unit to keep sync and wheel controls, in any other car I've own the head unit was the first to go..
