Question Audio Upgrade Problems w/auto start stop feature

I recently purchased the 2016 F150 XLT Supercrew 2.7L V6 with ecoboost and upgraded the audio system. The truck has the auto start stop feature which has caused a bit of a problem. Here's my setup: replaced front door speakers with Kicker 6x9" 3-Way 4 Ohm speakers (41KSC6934) RMS 150 watts each; replaced back door speakers with Kicker 6.5" 4 Ohm speakers (41KSC654) RMS 100 watts each; all of which is ran by the Kicker KX400.4 Amp (40KX4004). Also added two 12" CompRT 1 Ohm Dual Voice Coil Kicker subs (43CWRT121) RMS 500 watts each under the backseat which are being ran by the Kicker KX1200.1 Amp (40KX12001). My subs recently seized which Kicker Tech's said was due to low voltage clipping. I am assuming that comes from the fact that the truck turns off at stops and the alternator stops powering the truck. When the truck starts I can hear a drop in the volume and my speakers will pop. I have been trying to find a solution to this problem for several weeks now. Kicker recommended replacing the OEM battery with the XS Power D4900 (if it will fit) which seems to make sense to me since it's only when the truck is trying to crank that I have the problem. Having excess cranking amps would seem to address my problem. My factory battery is rated at 760 cca while the D4900 is rated at 1075 cranking amps. My system is running around 200 amps so it looks like this would fix the problem. If anyone has run into this problem and could offer some insights on this I would greatly appreciate it. I want to keep the auto start stop feature because it offers a huge improvement in fuel economy. I never imagined I would get 30 mpg's in a V6 truck! Thanks in advance for your help.

So when the truck shuts off does it cut the turn on power to the amps? If it does then there is no battery big enough to fix that. I know that others have mentioned the same problem and I heard that aftermarket tuner can possibly disable that function but don't know which one or if it really works

There is another person that is experimenting with that. I searched the web and no results came up for shutting it off. There is a switch on your truck, I think it is tow mode that will stop the truck from shutting down but you need to hit it every time you start the truck

Did you run cable direct to the battery for the amp power?

No, when the truck turns off everything still plays. It is only when the truck goes to crank up again that the volume dips and speakers pop.

There is a button on the dash that disables the auto start stop feature but you have to activate it every time you turn the truck on and that defeats the fuel economy of the feature. I would much rather keep that feature if it is possible.

Yes, the power cables for the amps run directly to the batttery.

Some have suggested a capacitor before but from the way I understand it, a capacitor needs to be charged and creates an additional load on the system. It may or may not work. Plus I don't know how big of a capacitor I would need.

Move your accessory power from your radio to a true ignition... I'm assuming the ignition stays on regardless
