Anyone put 2" speakers in A-pillar or dash?
Considering stepping up to a 3-way front setup. I was curious if anyone has fit 2" speakers in the A-pillars, and moved the tweeters to the sail panels? Or possibly mounted a pair of speakers in place of the center channel?

I did a 1" tweeter and 3" midrange in my 2018. Here is the thread with my build...

It's still a work in progress but so far am extremely happy with the sound.

Mobile Toys in College Station can do that for you.
Or you can put everything in the a-pillar like mine. Mobile toys just built me a set. Looks better than factory. Fit and finish is incredible!
The pic of the tweeter in the sail panel is one of their builds. The pics of the mid and tweet in the a-pillar is my truck.
If you decide to build yourself, make sure you acquire a cheap power pointer so you can determine the proper axis of your tweets and mids. Off axis soft dome tweeters can sound really bad/harsh off axis so it's a really important step.

I've thought about getting the flat dash tray from a 6-speaker truck and trying to modify it to angle mount a pair of 2-3" facing each seat. Not sure it would sound very good though without some serious tuning, for which I don't have the time/money to invest in.

The last pic...those ones are amazing. Oh no...googling now....I just put JL C250 in my doors/pillars and love the sound but I am loving the visuals of this and would upgrade to these in a hearbeat if the price is not astronomical.
