Anyone have experience with Hertz Amps?
I am looking at 5 channel amps and leaning towards the Hertz HCP 5D. Seems to have good power for the price. Are they any good? Others I'm looking at are
Alpine MRV-V500 (Has good reviews but the sub power is pretty low even at 2 ohm)
Kenwood X801-5 (Another one with good power for the cost)

While Hertz generally has a pretty good reputation, you might get better answers on a car audio dedicated forums. I have only heard their speakers and they sound good, can't really say anything about their amps.

I believe their circuit boards come from the same build house in China as the PPI Phantoms, NVX, and several other brands that came out 4-5 years ago. Their not bad, I run 2 of the PPI 900/4 and have plenty of power. The NVX from Sonic is probably your best bang for the buck if you want something internally identical, or close enough to the Hertz
