Memphis M-class 6"x8" in all four doors, Cadence CVLT-45 highs flush mounted into all 4 door panels, 1200- watts in console for this. 2 l7 10" under rear seat and 1000 watt kicker on them.
You can mount flush tweeters in the door as long as they aren't too big. Mine are in the top corner of the front doors that covers where the mirrors screw in and just in the top corner of the rear doors in the actual panel. Wasn't hard and looks like they belong there from the factory.

Front - Hertz HSK's (6.5)
Back - Factory
Amp - Hertz HDP5
Sub - JL13TW5
All doors with dynomat. I rarely have anyone in the back, so I found it a waste to install anything in the back doors other than factory. I'm usually a big JL component guy, but I got turned on to the HSK's and it will be hard for me to go with something else. They are expensive but well worth it in my opinion.

I originally went with the Infinity Kappa 682.9 (6x8 coaxials) in each door. After a few weeks, one of them developed a ton of noise from the tweeter. Went to exchange them, but they are now a discontinued item. So I sent them back and ordered a set of the JBL P660C 6.5" components. Read a ton of good reviews on them, and they are 2 ohm like the Kappas are.
I could not be happier with how it sounds now with the JBLs. Sound is a lot "fuller", and it's much cleaner at high volumes. I know it's been said 1000x before, but I honestly do hear instruments that never popped out at me before. I liked the Kappas, but now that I have these, I wouldn't ever change back. Totally satisfied.
P.S. The door speakers are driven by a Sony GS-XM400 and I have a Stereo Integrity BM MKIV 12" driven by a Sony GS-XM100.
