If its just for Navigation I think I'd buy a new Garmin nüvi® 2789LMT -has voice control
They are just coming out 1st quarter 2015....7" screen
Free Lifetime maps, can sync a phone to it w/Bluetooth, $350 suggested retail
Not in dash...but would allow me to use it in the wife's SUV
In another thread to update the Ford Nav maps is $150 ?

To be honest, I just use my phone. Even when the car has navigation, I still use my phone.

You may want to consider the tablet/ipad/ipad mini route. It'll give you everything you're looking for and you have tons of navigation options with that. I'm using one now and it integrates nicely with Bluetooth.
If you are set on an aftermarket unit, I'd go with Kenwood since you can get Garmin navigation with them.

Update
Just wanted to give everyone an update. After doing some more research I decided to go with the Advent "OE" Navigation unit from ADCMobile. It looks like everyone is extremely happy with this model that has purchased it. Also the extra features and stock look of the unit pushed me to purchase this one. It was over my budget but I think it will add allot to my truck. Thanks a bunch for everyone's input and I will post some pictures of the final product once I get it installed (hoping this weekend if it comes in by then, crossing my fingers!!).

Contact adcmobile.com. They sell the Advent and can give you the info you need.
From what I have read, Ford is not playing nice, on the newer models, with Advent so they can adapt their HU with the factory equipment. So Advent abandoned the project. I believe that is the story. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
