I have the same problem with my 07 six cd changer. I want to install an aftermarket head unit but am not sure if my truck has a factory sub. It was a audiophile package but I have not been able to locate where it is under the rear seat?

Ditto, poor product is no excuse!
I just bought a 2011 Lariat and the same thing is happening! This is wrong I want a new CD player! I have a6 disc in the Taurus cars and they all work without a hitch!
