Default 4 12s With No Seat mods? We'll see!

Well, the box build is starting on Saturday and I'm pretty ****ing excited to see what comes out of it. I'll be losing a passenger spot in the middle, but I'm not to concerned about it. I've got an LC8i (line out converter) installed, just picked up my 3000W Powerbass Xtreme that I got from a friend for cheap, and will be using 4 Level 3 DC Audio 12" subs. Here are a couple pics just to show what I've got so far!

0 Gauge sub amp power wire

I got 4 12" cvts under my seat. Box is just over .8 cu ft per sub. Takes up the whole rear floor. Not the best looking but it works.

Good luck with your build.

Wow. That's pretty impressive. I'll be doing a more "flashy" box, so the subs won't actually be under the seat. These subs have a 6.75" mounting depth, so getting them under there would be a bit tricky. And I should have roughly 1.25 cu ft per sub. Ported.

If I had a 09+ supercrew I could fit 4 SI BM 12s completely under the seat. They only use .5 sealed each.

Any place with specials on them? I've been thinking of getting back some floor space.

Damn it guys! You're killing me here. lol. As mentioned, I'll be using a ported box so I'm going to need more space. A friend of mine is building it and he wants to make it quite showy, so I'll be having 2 subs firing towards each door. The box will actually be 2 separate boxes so that I don't have them cancelling each other out.

Unfortunately they are custom tooled drivers and were available in batches for a while last year. They are coming out with the mkIV model sometime in the next few months.

Another solid option (and IMO second best shallow to the BM) is the Alpine SWT12. Very nice driver, just a little overpriced.
