Default 2018 F150 Aftermarket Speakers Selection?

I have a 2018 F150 Supercrew with Sync 3 w/8" display. My truck has 7 speakers all factory paper speakers. What choices of speakers do I have from Crutchfield? I am not replacing the head unit so any speaker would have to be powered by the factory head unit. I dont want to buy a speaker and have my head unit not able to properly push it.

What are my options? what are your suggestions?

Thanks

The JBL or Infinity low ohm options work well. I have the JBL GX 963(front) and GX 602(rear) in my truck running off the factory head unit. They work great.

This really depends on your budget but Morel Maximo 6 seems to be popular.

I bought a pair of front speakers only. Backs don't do much. Rockford Fosgate Punch P1692 and Metra 825606 adapters with Metra 72-5602 wire ends. All from Amazon.

What do you mean by backs don’t do much?

the rear speakers in the SCrew offer very little for rear fill, and from what I understand the DSP in the Sync 3 filters out some of the lower frequencies in the rear too. Most of your bass comes from the 6x9's in the doors unless you have the factory subwoofer. in all my years of doing audio, I remember very few cars where we did much of anything with the rears.

Forgive my ignorance, but would it be possible/advisable to use the rears as ‘baby’ subs? Is the reason they contribute so little to the overall sound because of the OE headunit amplification?
My ‘18 XLT Screw has the 4” Sync 3 and it REALLY sucks to use with the button layout, so it has to go. Would a decent aftermarket HU (Sony, Alpine, Kenwood, etc.) have enough *** to drive the rears to get some fill bass? Or is it possible to use a sub output to a separate sub amp to drive a good pair of 6.5” mid-bass speakers? I currently have Infinity reference 6x9s in the front and 6.5”s in the rear. With a bit of sound deadening and fast rings, the front sounds really good (compared to the OE speakers), but the rears seem like a waste of potential.
Or am I wishful thinking...any advice or ideas greatly appreciated.

Nothing will sound as good as a dedicated sub. The rear door speakers will not replace the lack of bass.

18F,
I do not know your budget but "car stereo" speakers are not always the way to go. I use parts-express for all my speaker and crossover needs and I just went looking for speakers with no other upgrades. In the front I would run their house brand, Dayton Audio, #295-348. It has a really nice curve that falls off about where the factory tweeters should be coming in. This is just speculation because I never looked at the caps on my tweeters when I removed them. If you want to pull the A-pillar trim and tweeter the caps should have the specs stamped on them. With this info we can figure the crossover and make sure this woofer is the best choice. In the rear I would choose the Tang Band, part #264-874. This thing performs, flat curve, all the way out to about 15K hZ. The 348s are $80 each and the Tang 874s are $103 each. Start good and you can always build up to them. For the center dash you would need the bolt spread dimension to determine what will fit. I run a 2" BMR above the factory door grill just forward of the door lock switch and a 3" BMR above the arm rest for my 4 way front array and they are great. Some sort of a BMR would be my choice for the center dash and the 2" Techtonics is only $9.00 with the 3" being around 12(?). Go look at what p-e has and the performance graphs instead of just buying a name.
Good Luck and if I can help PM me.
Randy
