I now am convinced it is in the head unit.
Probably a faulty channel on the amp or head unit causing that blown sound. The dealer should swap it out and the problem should go away.

Default 2018 B&O blown speaker

I’m also experiencing the front right door speaker acting like it’s blown. Took it to the dealer, and they said they replaced it. Next day it was doing it again after 30 minutes or so. It’s back at the dealer again today for IWEs and that speaker. Dearborn build.

I think its internal in the unit itself. The Infinity speaker I replaced in mine did not change a thing.

This is disappointing to hear, my 18 Platinum I've noticed both front door speakers sound "odd". I had a bose system in my old Silverado and punished it for 11 years and never a hiccup.

It's not. True B&O is a different model line vs "B&O Play" which is what our trucks have. Audi actually uses real Bowers and Wilkins. Fords B&O Play line is more processing than anything.

Why ford cheaped out, I don't know.

B&O is Bang & Olufsen. You’re thinking of B&W (which is probably better IMO)

No I'm not. B&O and B&O Play are different. They are still both Bowers and Wilkins but the "Play" line is what is in our trucks and consists of paper speakers.
