2017 Supercab speaker fit
From searching I found some of you have Infinity Kappa 62.11i in the rear doors. When shopping I've always consulted and or ordered from Crutchfield and they state those speakers won't fit. The research shows there is only a few hundredths of and inch in depth that is their reasoning for saying they don't fit. Help! Do they fit or not?

Well phase one of the Infinity install is done. Got the front 6x9's installed today. Took about 4 hours taking my time, with a trip to the hardware store for some larger screws for the adaptor plates. Had to solder some longer wire to the Metra 72-5602 to allow the tweeters to face up. Next weekend phase two will be the rear doors. Phase three will be a trip to get a Fix-86, amp and subs. Will keep ya'll posted.

62.11i fit
Thought I'd bring this back, the Infinity Kappa 62.11i will fit the rear doors on the supercab. They will work with the supplied adaptors so the Metra kit is not needed.

They are very bright, the mids are clear and the lower freqs jam pretty good. I was surprised how good the sound was after I disconnected my center speaker. Just waiting on the rest of the system to get installed.
