2016 line in
I just got a 2016 f150 with the sync system and a CD player. I use a Sirius xm radio and have always connected it to the line in jack on other vehicles. Is there a way to add a line in plug to the factory head unit or am I suck using fm modulation?

You don't have a line-in jack down below? I have a 2015 with just the standard 4" screen, but it has a USB and a line-in jack down at the bottom of the dash.

No it just has a usb and a 12v outlet. There is a panel with the sync logo under that that looks like it comes off. I tried pulling on it but didn't want to break anything so didn't try hard.
