Did you end up fixing the chime noise?
how did you adjust that?
The build turned out great. Sounded great. Zero noise. Ended up removing everything and buying an 18. New build is still in progress.

thats great to hear.
Did you end up adding new ground wire from alternator to battery and or engine ground to chassis?
I'm trying to avoid any ground noise coming out to the signal

On that truck, I grounded to a factory body ground. On my new truck, ran ground back to the battery.

Did grounding back to battery help with the white noise? That is the only issue I am having. Gains are turned way down. Still plays pretty loud with a slight hint of white noise at near 0 volume but not getting the full sound this set up can pump out.

Never had any noise or hissing. Sometimes a little white noise at 0 is ok. When you properly set your gains, does the white noise get significantly louder? Do you have any input source between the headunit and amp? Dsp, LOC, etc?
