Did you find a spot to put them? I'm going to be doing this next week.

Depends on where you plan to mount the tweeters, and if you willing to drill holes in the plugs that are inside the rubber boot that connects the door to the cab.

I don't know about op, but I bought an extra set of crossovers, one for the tweeters, one for the woofers. Someone else suggested it in another thread, send to be the easiest way. I'll be mounting one set in the pillars, the other by the door speakers...just not sure where on the door.

I see. Well, inside the door there are plenty of voids between door panel and the actual door metal. Some double sided body panel tape can be used to secure the cross over to the metal off the door, behind one of said voids. In the A pillar its a pretty tight fit, due to the airbag. You may be able to tuck it into the dash, depends ont he size of the crossover. Also the factory plug for the tweeter is not the same as the one in the door, so you may have to splice.

I got the FOR-11mki adapter and connected my cross overs to it, mounted them inside the dash (behind the radio) and just ran a new line to go from the cross over to the tweeters (in the stock location).

I took the fuse panel access off to look around and theres not alot of room. Most likely i will be leaving crossover on the door between the panel. The image dynamics tweeters are alittle too big for the a-pillars. So ill be mounting them on the midbass driver.

I have those same tweeters... if you don't feel like modifying your stock a pillars, next best place would be the top of the sail panels.

Ya, they are big and come with crappy mounts.
