2016 4" SYNC to 8" SYNC3 UPGRADE PROGRAMING

I just bought all of the parts to upgrade my 2016 F150 XLT from a 4.2" Sync To a 8" Sync3 w/nav. I would like to know what programing must be made to make it work properly or anything I should know before starting.
