Been researching this for a few weeks, still not sure if it will work yet but ultimately trying to bypass the Sony amp so I think I'm going to use the Forscan mod to send a line level output from the ACM.
Can someone recommend an aftermarket wiring harness that will allow me to tap into that line level signal and send it to an aftermarket amp? Trying to avoid cutting and soldering the factory harness.

Is there was a wiring only harness that allows us to tap the LL output from the Forscan modded ACM?

I don't think you can use Forscan to make the Sony low level because of it being a digital signal and not analog like the basic HUs.
The Sony HU sends a digital signal to the factory amp where the signal is processed and sent to individual speakers
Therefore the DSR replaces the factory amp with this dsp.
You could also keep the factory Sony amp and tap off the speaker outputs into another amp or dsp and then an amp.
The DSR simplifies that.

You can do it with forscan. The only difference is you need to make an APIM change to turn off the dsp function.

I am still debating between the Pac, RF, and Forscan for me because I don't want to cut wires either and haven't found a good, and CHEAP, harness.
This is the only harness that I have been able to find and I don't know if it works with the sony and/or if they will sell just the harness.

Sorry for the confusion, the 2gfusions Forscan mod is what I referred to as just the Forscan mod in the OP.
I've tested that method and confirmed we do get a line level output from the ACM after disabling the DSP in the APIM.

That harness looks like it might work but $250 is a bit steep.
This one looks similar and I've seen it discussed in old threads but also seen that he hasn't responded to request in a while, so don't know if it's a viable option. (Shown in the video below at the 8:00 min mark) Would be nice if we could find one that actually connected at the amp location in the rear of the truck to avoid having to run long line level cables.

One thought would be to spend $40 on the Maestro/DSR1 harness and then doctor it up instead of cutting the factory harness.
Hoping to find someone who has found an available harness that taps into the output of the ACM with LL connections.

Just an FYI, the harness I linked is the same one you linked. The guy making them switched companies. I haven't inquired yet as I am still saving $$ for my sound deadening so it will be another few months before I am ready.

I reached out to Joel @ infotainment but he doesn't seem to want to sell the harness without bundling the programmer.

I second the Idatlink F02 harness. It will maintain all of the factory connectors for both input and output of the amp and stock system. BTW, whats your aversion to the DSR1? It will make your life so much easier.
