Unhappy 2015 Audio and bluetooth issue

Hello, I'm the wife of a truck owner, he insists we have a very expensive hard to fix problem, but I'm a problem solver, please help me.
Suddenly our our audio system and blue tooth is non functional. Not even power lights. What are possible sources of this issue.
Please tell me its as simple as a fuse. Thanks!

I'd find which fuse controls the stereo and start there. If that one appears to be fine, grab a Multimeter and check the resistance across the fuse. It should come out to 0, or at least close (they can be purchased cheap at Harbor Freight for something that simple). You can test them without pulling fuses out even, because the fuses have terminals on top for diagnostic purposes. I had this happen on my '07, I accidentally shorted a fuse out and lost power to all interior lights, gauges, stereo, etc.

By nonfunctional, I assume you mean 100% off.

Thanks for your reply, Do you know of a resource that I can reference to direct me to the fuses so that we can isolate the one that controls the stereo. My husband's favorite store in the world is harbor freight so hopefully he will be on board with your proposed plan of action.
Thanks very much

Thanks, we didn't receive a hard copy manual with the car but I just looked it up on line and found the fuse section.

Hi Sarah,
I think your husband needs to upgrade the truck, buy a motorcycle, and get a man cave to fix the issues. I've often found that a kegerator in the man cave is also a mandatory upgrade to keep him happy.
Regards,
Bruce
